Cancellation Policy

If You Need To Cancel

All bookings require a $200 deposit to secure the date. This deposit is non-refundable once within 7 days of the booking date. Any cancellations by the customer within 48 hours of the booking date will result in a charge of 50% of the remaining balance of the trip. Any cancellations by the customer within 24 hours of the booking date will result in a charge of the full remaining balance of the trip. A no show will also be charged the full price of the trip. All charters are weather permitting and will be up to the Captain’s discretion if the trip needs to be rescheduled. If the trip needs to be cancelled due to weather, 100% of the deposit will be refunded or moved forward to a new date.

If You Need To Reschedule

At least a week’s notice is required for rescheduling. If bad weather prevents us from going out, we will try to accommodate a new date. If we can’t find a suitable date, we will refund the deposit.

If There Is Bad Weather

All charters are weather permitting and will be up to the Captain’s discretion if the trip needs to be rescheduled. If the trip needs to be cancelled due to weather, 100% of the deposit will be refunded or moved forward to a new date.
