Our 36' Topaz is the perfect vessel for a comfortable and fast fishing adventure. Powered by twin 450 Cummins diesel engines, this boat is built to get you to your destination quickly, whether it’s a trip to the outer barrier islands or a day offshore chasing red snapper. With our federal permits, we can explore anywhere in the Gulf, with a focus on targeting the biggest fish available.

We target a mix of iconic species inshore, nearshore, and offshore.

Sea Trout

Spotted sea trout are a prized species, known for their striking appearance and delicious flavor. Their versatility in the kitchen and the challenge they present on the line make them a highly sought-after catch for anglers all across our coastline. They are very common throughout the region.

Spanish Mackerel

These fast-swimming fish are a true delicacy, especially when enjoyed raw. We typically catch them while trolling off the outer barrier islands, where they’re a common follow-up catch after filling your limit of Red Snapper or Redfish. Their clean, fresh taste makes them a standout on any table.

Sharks

Shark fishing offers anglers the chance to battle some of the ocean's most formidable predators. The waters around Biloxi attract a variety of shark species, including bull sharks, blacktips, and spinner sharks. Hooking a powerful shark always makes for a memorable day on the water.

Jack Crevalle

Jack Crevalle are a fast-swimming, hard fighting species found most often around the outer barrier islands. Known for their relentless stamina, they offer an exciting challenge for anglers targeting them in the deeper waters. These fish are often caught on live bait as well as artificial lures.

King Mackerel

King Mackerel are a popular target for our anglers and are known for their incredible speed and insane fighting abilities. These aggressive predators are typically caught trolling. With an oily, flavorful meat, King Mackerel is a prized catch for both sport and table fare, and one of our favorites.

Sheepshead

Known for their excellent taste, Sheepshead are common on inshore trips and kids' fishing outings. Easy to target and often predictable, they provide enjoyable and reliable fishing opportunities. With prime fishing conditions throughout the winter, Sheepshead are a favorite among our inshore charters.

Red Drum

Our area offers an exceptional redfish fishery year-round, with sizes ranging from slot reds to massive bull reds. While the big bulls are typically found 10-25 miles out around the barrier islands, our inshore waters are packed with great structure and plenty of opportunities to find these awesome fighting fish.

Snapper

Red Snapper, a prized sportfish in our region, has a designated fishing season and limit set each summer by NOAA. Known for impressive fighting ability, these fish are usually caught by bottom fishing and provide some of the finest eating in the ocean, creating an unforgettable experience.
